Ares Manufacturing and SXS Slide Plates teamed up to create this unique and durable Front Disc Guard featuring a 6061 aluminum fork lug guard with an UHMW plastic fin and mini slide plate. The rigid aluminum lug guard protects your forks while also acting as a mount for the fin. The UHMW plastic fin easily glides over most obstacles while still providing protection from high impact hits. The addon UHMW mini slide plate bolts to the bottom of the aluminum lug guard softening impacts and further helping the guard slide over rocks. The disc guard offers guaranteed protection to the rear brake rotor from branches, rocks and other debris.
